  • You may get a message saying "the publisher cannot be verified, are you sure you wish to run this software"... Click RUN.
  • When the Setup program starts, click NEXT.
  • On the next screen, click INSTALL.
  • Finally, click FINISH.
  • That's it!  Your computer is now ready for ReaderKEY2

The next item is the new ReaderKEY 2 Lease Agreement. All keyholders will be required to sign the sublease at the Key Swap prior to issuance of the new key.  CLICK HERE to download and print out a copy of the lease agreement.  You will need to:

Finally, you may download this useful FAQ from RISCO which answers several questons about the new READERKey2.

It's Been Clarified!

One of the hallmarks of a well-run MLS is that all its users can rely on the data entered by their fellow real estate professionals.  The MLS Board has worked long and hard revising the MLS Violation and Fine Structure to clarify, simplify and define the concepts in the document.  The new structure becomes effective September 1, 2008. It has been posted here on jacksonrealtor.com.  Click FOR OUR MEMBERS, then Frequently Requested Documents.
Brokers, please keep this revised document a priority for discussion at your next sales meeting.
